In the present study, we used NGS to characterise mRNA-seq of wild type and VscF-deletion mutant type Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains to elucidate the molecular mechanism of VscF. We want to identified a certain amount of VscF-related differential expressed mRNAs to elucidate the role of VscF in pathogenesis of V.parahaemolyticus interacts with its host.
